Summer Solstice Celebration at Mallory Square
June 1 - June 20
Date(s): June 1 – 20, 2025
Location: Mallory Square, 400 Wall St, Key West, FL 33040
Description:
Get ready to toast the sun in true Key West style! The Summer Solstice Celebration at Mallory Square is a three-week nightly festival of music, street performers, local artisans, and oceanfront color leading up to the longest day of the year. Starting June 1 and shining all the way to June 20, the party kicks off nightly at 7:00 PM, just in time to catch one of those famous Key West sunsets with a mojito in hand and steel drums in the background.
This is where fire jugglers meet island musicians, and local crafters showcase handmade treasures under the pink-and-orange sky. It’s a fun, free-spirited way to celebrate summer’s arrival—whether you’re dancing to the beat, browsing art booths, or just clapping for a sword swallower with a view. It’s a local tradition, a must-see for first-timers, and pure magic for anyone on “Keys Time.”
Getting There from Boyd’s:
Mallory Square is about 4.5 miles from Boyd’s—roughly a 10-minute drive or a scenic 25-minute bike ride. The free Duval Loop bus also runs nearby and is a great way to skip the parking hunt during peak sunset hours.
